RearViz products are designed as an aid. If installed, fitted and used strictly in accordance with the Rearviz products’ terms and condition, the Rearviz products may assist the rear vision of the user. Notwithstanding this, Rearviz gives no guarantee that its product/s will prevent accidents and/or injury.
Rearviz products are used at the customer’s own risk and do not negate the responsibilities of the customer or end user.
Safety is important to us so please ensure that you meet your responsibilities as a road user including but not limited to:-
1. Following road rules at all time; and
2. Cycling in a reasonable, safe and responsible manner.
By accessing and using our Site, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note due to regular changes on our Site, we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the Site after we post any changes, you accept the modified terms.
You should be aware that we strive to make the information appearing on our Site as accurate as possible, but errors may appear.
Third Party Websites, Content and Products and Services
Rearviz has no control or responsibility over, and do not guarantee the performance of goods and services provided by any of our advertisers or by any third party to whose website we link. The links on this website are designed for convenience only, and do not constitute an endorsement of that site or any product, service or other material offered on that site by Rearviz. By clicking on one of these links, you agree, prior to any use of the site in question, to examine its terms of use and to accept them. You alone shall bear full responsibility for access to those third party sites and use of them.
Eligibility to purchase
All customers must sign up at www.rearviz.com to be able to make online purchases. As a customer, you are required to supply Rearviz with accurate details such as Name, Email, Phone number, Address and other requested information. Failing to do so may result in an unsuccessful purchase.
Prices & Currency
All prices exclude any local taxes, tariffs or charges. These may be charged on goods by local authorities at delivery outside of Australia.
All prices on the website default to USD. The currency conversion amounts appearing within this site are for your information purposes only and are approximate amounts in you selected currency. On purchase, you will be charged in either USD or Australian Dollars (AUD). The converted amounts shown are not necessarily the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement, as International currency exchange rates are prone to change beyond the control of Rearviz.
Orders
Rearviz processes your orders as quickly as possible. Orders may take between 2-5 working days to process. Due to postage, please allow up to 10 days for delivery, depending on the delivery address. Payments are processed on successful receipt of your order. Rearviz offers products which are available on hand for immediate delivery, but in some cases there may be delays on some products, in which case you will be notified and the products purchased will be sent out as soon as possible.
COVID SHIPPING DELAYS
Australia Post, DHL, Sendle, and all other shipping services are experiencing heavy international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. RVI Active is working with postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. If your parcel has not been delivered after 30 days please email us your order number and tracking for the shipment and we will begin the investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel. Please note that during these times there is a average response time of upto 10 business days with all shipping customer service lines and we ask that you be polite and respectful during these times.
Shipping – Australia
Delivery within Australia (using Australia Post) via Parcel Post takes 1-3 Business days (QLD and NSW), 4-6 Business days (other states and country).
Shipping – International
Delivery times to International Locations vary, and whilst we endeavour to get your Rearviz products to you quickly, please allow between 10-15 Business days. Please note that sometimes the Customs Agency within the Destination Country may hold your delivery due to inspection measures. Unfortunately we have no control over this matter. All duties and taxes in the Destination Country (where applicable) are separate to the shipping charge and are payable by the customer. They are not included in the purchase or shipping prices on our website.
Payment
Rearviz accepts VISA, MASTERCARD & PayPal as form of payment for all goods. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Rearviz, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refund and Exchange
Rearviz operates according to strict quality control guidelines and are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition and packaging. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the product has been opened or damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the product, and it will be returned to you. Please email admin@rearviz.com with notification of and reason for the return, and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email admin@rearviz.com with your specific problem and we will get back to you promptly on how to proceed.
Refunds do not include postage and handling charges and will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. You must prepay all returns postage, and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post. Rearviz reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive ‘COD’ or have ‘More to Pay’ stamped on them.

Cancellation
You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website. Requests for cancellation will be considered, and Rearviz may cancel the order at our discretion. Rearviz reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover administration costs for any orders cancelled prior to the shipment of your order.
Pricing, Typographical & Image Errors
All efforts are made to provide accurate product image representation and pricing and product information. However, pricing, typographical or image errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information or out-dated photograph due to an error in pricing or production information, Rearviz shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced; we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Trade Mark
Rearviz logos, graphics and icons are registered and protected Trade Marks. Any use of this registered trademark without the prior written consent of Crane IP Pty Ltd may be in breach of the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cwlth) or the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwlth) or relevant laws in other countries and is expressly prohibited.
